Funding for measures to strengthen film and media culture as well as the film and media industry in North Rhine-Westphalia.

Strengthening North Rhine-Westphalia as a Media Hub
The project strengthens film and media culture or the film and media industry in North Rhine-Westphalia.

Measures Relevant to the Region
Measures that contribute to strengthening North Rhine-Westphalia as a film and media hub are eligible for funding.

Impact on film and media culture
The project should contribute to the development and visibility of film and media culture in North Rhine-Westphalia.

Impact on the film and media industry
The project is intended to provide impetus for the film and media industry and the further development of North Rhine-Westphalia as a media hub.

De minimis funding
The funding is granted in accordance with the applicable de minimis regulation.

No work may begin before the application is submitted
Implementation of the project must not have begun at the time the application is submitted.

Insufficient connection to North Rhine-Westphalia
Projects that do not make a sufficient contribution to film and media culture or the film and media industry in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) are not eligible for funding.
