The Film- und Medienstiftung NRW is one of the most important funding institutions in Germany and Europe. Our mission is to strengthen the film and media landscape and support creative professionals in North Rhine-Westphalia. Our shareholders are the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, WDR, ZDF, and RTL, along with our funding partner ProSiebenSat.1. We support feature films, television films, series, games, web content, as well as podcasts and audio content, and we support emerging talent in the film and media industry in North Rhine-Westphalia. Our responsibilities also include location marketing and promoting North Rhine-Westphalia as a hub for film and media both domestically and internationally through events, programs, and conferences.

Your Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive evaluation, support, and funding of projects across various formats and
- platforms (film, series, audio, digital formats)
- Overall management of the funding division of the Film- und Medienstiftung NRW
- Strategic and structural development of the division, the funding instruments, and the team within
- context of a dynamically changing media industry
- Management and further development of funding processes
- In-depth knowledge of national and international market and industry trends, as well as the ability to derive
