Apply now: Gaming Area @NRW BOOTH 2025
The Film- und Medienstiftung NRW will once again bring five exciting NRW games companies to the Indie Arena Booth in 2025 – and you can be part of it! Apply now for one of the ‘NRW@Indie Arena Booth packages’ and present your games for free on the world’s largest indie platform! gamescom, the biggest event fpr computer and video games, will take place in Cologne from August 20-24! We are looking forward to sseing you there again, because we will be part of gamescom with a booth in the Business Area (Hall 4.1) representing the games and creative industry of NRW. In addition to our stage and the numerous networking options, we also offer you the opportunity to present your playable prototypes in our "Gaming Area" at the booth.
The package includes:
- Monitor, keyboard and mouse
- Two exhibitor passes and a parking pass
- Free access to our meeting room at the stand
- Electricity and W-LAN
Please note: Participation in the Gaming Area refers to a one-day slot (approx 7 hours) during the trade visitor days on Wednesday (20. August) and Thursday (21. August).
How to apply:
Simply fill out the regular Indie Arena Booth form and mark your application with the addition ‘NRW’ so that it is clear that you are applying for the ‘NRW@Indie Arena Booth 2025 package’. If you have already applied for the IAB, you can simply adapt your application. Apply until Wednesday, 9th April 2025.
The Indie Arena Booth is the world’s largest platform for indie developers – a real hotspot for creative minds from all over the world! Here you get the opportunity to present your games to a wide audience – from avant-garde to AAA.
If you are interested, please apply by Thursday, 5th June, with the following information:
- Short company profile
- Company logo
- Materials about the game (product pitch, trailer or similar)
- Ideally submit a playable demo
- What peripheral devices (headsets/ gamespads etc.) are you bringing with you?
The high-resolution images / demis / trailers can be sent to us via WeTransfer, Google Drive or similar.
