Apply now: NRW@Indie Arena Booth 2026
In 2026, the Film- und Medienstiftung NRW will once again bring five exciting NRW games companies to the Indie Arena Booth (IAB) at gamescom – and you can be there! Apply now for one of the coveted NRW@Indie Arena Booth packages and present your games on the world’s largest platform for indie games. The Indie Arena Booth is one of the central meeting places for the international games scene – with developers, publishers, press and thousands of visitors from all over the world.
You will have to bear these costs yourself:
For participation, only the gamescom Media Package (€337 per team) is required. All other costs will be covered by the Film- und Medienstiftung NRW. Further information on the Media Package / gamescom now.
The package includes:
• one exhibition space at the joint NRW booth
• at least 1 exhibitor ticket
• USK age rating included
• feature on the IAB website
• logo in the line-up trailer
• Invitation to IAB B2B events
• participation in the IAB Awards
• free MeetToMatch ticket
• snacks and drinks included
How to apply:
Fill out the regular Indie Arena Booth form and mark your application with the addition 'NRW' to make it clear that you are applying for the NRW@Indie Arena Booth 2026 package. If you habe already applied for the IAB, you can simply adjust your application. The application deadline is Monday, 13 April 2026.
The Indie Arena Booth is the world’s largest platform for indie deveolpers – a real hotspot for creative minds from all over the world! Here you have the opportunity to present your games to a wide audience – from avantgarde to AAA.
