Up to 30 carefully selected European (co-)productions will present first scenes to the attending group of industry delegates as well as other key decision makers and experts to give them an ahead of the game look and to find complementary partners in their final stage of production.

The international jury consisting of Alexander Bohr, long-time Arte editor and director, Clémence Lavigne, co-head of sales and acquisitions for The Party Film Sales, Daniel Melamed, director and film distributor, Aranka Matits, founder of the Featurette agency as well as Fabian Massah, film producer and managing director of Endorphine Production, will acknowledge the winners with awards including post-production services and international festival publicity worth 52,500 EUR provided by our partners K13 Studios, LAVAlabs Moving Images, ARRI Media, MMC Studios and ZOOM Medienfabrik.

EWIP is mainly supported by the Film- und Medienstiftung NRW, one of Europe’s leading film funding institutions. The industry event takes place in cooperation with Film Festival Cologne and AG Verleih, the association of German independent film distributors.
