Summer Party of the Film and Media Foundation NRW and DWDL in Cologne

This year’s summer party of the Film and Media Foundation NRW was dedicated to two anniversaries: Together with around 800 guests from the worlds of film, television, media, culture, business, and politics, the Film and Media Foundation NRW celebrated its 35th anniversary on June 17, 2026, as well as the 25th anniversary of the media magazine DWDL at Cologne’s Park Café.

Walid Nakschbandi, Executive Director of the Film and Media Foundation NRW, welcomed the evening’s guests together with the Film and Media Foundation NRW team and DWDL Editor-in-Chief Thomas Lückerath. Among them were not only numerous personalities from the film and TV worlds, but also from the political and media spheres. Among the most prominent guests of the evening were Annette Frier, Christoph Maria Herbst, Martina Hill, Sandra Maischberger, Laura Karasek, Louis Klamroth, Cordula Stratmann, Moritz Führmann, Petra Nadolny, Jan Böhmermann, Maximilian Mundt, Merlin Sandmeyer, Jeannine Michaelsen, Janine Jackowski, and Maria Schrader.
