Skilltree NRW supports the regional industry in acquiring and developing personal and professional skills. Since 2019, the Coaching Day has offered interactive, practice-oriented learning in workshops by proven professionals.

Following the Skilltree NRW, the Gametreff NRW traditionally offers the opportunity to exchange ideas about what has been learned and to talk to the speakers.
